Golden Anniversary of the Library
December 3, 1940
The 50th anniversary of the signing of the deed to the library property was celebrated with an Open House with entertainment and many speakers. Judge Byrne E. Bigger, a Library Board member, compiled a "Hannibal Library History" for this occasion.
