The 1986 Ware Addition
Ilene Ware, a Hannibal elementary
school teacher, willed $250,000 to the Library for a new addition to be built in
memory of her mother,
Agnes Strauss Holcomb Ware.
This addition doubled the useable space of the Library and added an elevator.
